This notice explains what the business consultation form collects, where it goes and what we do not do with it. It describes this website only.

What the form collects
The consultation form collects the fields you complete: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the city or area of the premises, the project type you select, and your message. It also records that you acknowledged this notice.
A hidden anti-spam field and a simple timing check are included to reduce automated submissions. They collect no personal information.
How the information is used
Submissions are delivered as an email to a single private mailbox operated by this site so a person can reply to your inquiry. The destination address is configured on the server and is never published, returned to the browser, or selectable from this website.
Two providers are involved and no others. Cloudflare serves these pages and runs the code that handles the form, then sends one plain-text email through Cloudflare Email Routing to that single fixed address. The mailbox that receives it is operated by an ordinary email provider, which processes the delivered message as any mail host would. Your inquiry is not passed to a marketing platform, a CRM or an analytics service.
We use what you send to answer your question and to check whether a project of that type and location can be supported. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
What you should not send
Please do not send camera or recorder passwords, access codes, credential lists, employee or customer records, incident video, or detailed floor plans. If a project needs that material, it belongs in a direct exchange with the provider you select, under an agreement — not in a website form.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics product, loads no advertising and embeds no third-party fonts, tracking pixels or social widgets. The pages request only files served from this domain.
Cloudflare, the hosting platform, processes standard request information such as IP address and user agent in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That is a normal part of serving a website, not advertising or profiling.
Anti-spam records kept by the form
To stop the same inquiry being delivered twice and to slow down automated abuse, the server keeps a small record of each submission attempt: a one-way fingerprint of the attempt, a one-way fingerprint of the network address it came from, whether the message was sent, and the time. The fingerprints are produced with a server-held key and cannot be read back as an address or as your message.
The name, email address, phone number, premises details and message text are not stored in that record. It is used only to recognise a repeat of the same attempt and to apply a limit per connection, and it is deleted automatically about a day later. The server keeps its own timer for that deletion, so it runs whether or not anybody uses the form again.
One caveat we can state exactly: Cloudflare, which stores that record for us, keeps its own short-term backups of the underlying database for disaster recovery - a point-in-time recovery window of up to 30 days. Those backups hold the same one-way fingerprints and nothing else, and we cannot delete an individual entry from them.
Short-term request limits also run at each Cloudflare location that handles traffic. They are approximate rather than a single exact global count, so we describe them as a speed bump, not a guarantee.
Keeping and removing information
Your inquiry exists as an email in a private mailbox. It is kept while it is useful for answering you and is removed manually when it is no longer needed. We do not operate an automated deletion schedule for that mailbox, and we will not claim one. The short-lived anti-spam record described above is the only part that expires by itself, on a timer the server keeps itself, subject to the platform backup window described above.
You can ask us to delete your inquiry by replying to our email response; we will remove the message from the mailbox.
Questions about this notice
Use the consultation form and choose "Something else". Your message reaches the same private mailbox, and we will reply from it.
